NIMO 2025 – A year of movement and direction
2025 has been a year in which we have moved our positions forward. Not always in big leaps, but through movements that have made a difference over time. It has been a year of decisions, change and reinforcement. A year in which many of the initiatives we have worked on for a long time have taken shape and gained visible momentum.
A key focus throughout the year has been adapting and strengthening our organisation to meet the demands of the future. Our sales organisation has been reinforced, with a continued focus on supporting our presence in both existing and new markets – and on what has always been central to us: building and nurturing long-term relationships.
From the turn of the year, employees from order to delivery are also brought together in a shared structure. By integrating planning across forecasting, purchasing, order management and production, we create clearer responsibilities, simpler interfaces and better use of resources. This gives us a foundation that is both stable and more agile – something that is particularly important in a changing world, where we need to stay close to our customers and make decisions quickly.
On the product side, 2025 has been an important year. With updated models, new technology, new names and a clearer portfolio structure, we have both renewed and simplified our offering. The introduction of R290 as a refrigerant has been a significant step in our ambition to stay ahead. To mark this progress, we hosted a well-received event at Makajo in Stockholm during the autumn, where our stakeholders had the opportunity to experience our product innovations up close. It became a valuable occasion for dialogue and a clear confirmation that we are moving in the right direction.
Skaraborg is where our roots are – and where our commitment to contribute remains strong. Alongside exploring new markets, we have continued to engage locally. Throughout the year, we have further developed collaborations with educational institutions, municipalities and companies in the region. Our participation in initiatives such as Guldläget and Kompetenskraft Skaraborg shows how we can help strengthen industry not only for ourselves, but for many others. What we build at home also creates the conditions for future competitiveness.
We have received a great deal of appreciation this year, and that means a lot to us. The nomination for Industripriset Skaraborg and the title Company of the Year in Gullspång are the result of the commitment that exists throughout our organisation. It is recognition we carry with pride and one that inspires us to continue forward with the same curiosity and drive.
During the autumn, we have also begun shaping the direction for what lies ahead. As we look towards 2026, our focus is on developing our ways of working, strengthening our business and continuing to contribute to a more sustainable industry. At the same time, there is something we will not change: our foundation. We continue to build with innovation, sustainability, care and reliability as our guiding principles. That is where we find our direction. That is how we want to make a difference.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of 2025 – colleagues, customers and partners. This year has been as much yours as it has been ours. Now we are gearing up for the next chapter and looking ahead to 2026 with strong confidence in the future.
