As a Product Development Engineer at NIMO within Design & Innovation, you will be key in driving new development projects from idea to finished product. You work strategically and operationally to create sustainable and innovative solutions that meet the customers' needs and technical possibilities.

Your primary responsibilities include:

- Product development of drying cabinets focusing on control systems and user interface UI.

- Actively participate in or drive product development projects as a resource or project manager, working with concept development and feasibility studies.

- Product maintenance occurs to improve quality, manufacturability, and cost efficiency.

- Lead and run cross-functional projects of different types and sizes in parallel.

- Provide innovative solutions with good quality at the right price that deliver on our business plan and strategic direction.

- Create conditions for streamlining changes, and new variants of existing product platforms.

- Explore, develop, analyze, and propose new product concepts.

- Ensure that customer expectations are met according to specifications.

Qualifications

– BSc, MSc, or equivalent in design, mechatronics, electronics, or mechanics.

- Experience in product development and project management.

– Experience in design, quality, lab operations, and lean production.

- Good knowledge of 3D CAD Solid Works.

- CFD experience is meritorious.

- Fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing.
